These Terms apply when you access premiumlevelpresence.com, book an appointment, or use Premium Level Presence services. Premium Level Presence is a brand of Resilution LLC.

1. Services

Premium Level Presence provides digital-presence reviews and related services. Booking an appointment or requesting a review does not itself create a paid service agreement.

2. SMS Program and Message Types

Premium Level Presence sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and customer-care replies about appointments or digital-presence reviews and service questions that a person submits to us. This customer-care SMS program does not send cold-call texts or promotional offers. To opt in, a person may select the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the Advisor booking form and submit the form. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Opt-Out and Support

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to an Premium Level Presence text. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out. For help, reply HELP, call (772) 238-6550, or email sales@premiumlevelpresence.com.

4. Carriers and Message Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through our booking form or participate in the SMS program.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information, including SMS consent records, are described in our Privacy Policy.
